# CareerCircle's Job Application Tracker

**What's inside?**

An Excel file with one row per job application you complete. We have columns for the company, role, date applied, location, salary, and links to the resume and cover letter you sent. Plus you'll find dedicated fields for your recruiter and hiring manager contacts, plus a notes column for anything else you might want to write down

**We have built-in dropdowns to track:**

- **The status of your application**— from "Waiting For Response" through "Interview Scheduled," "Offer Extended," and "Accepted," so you can sort or filter to see what needs a follow-up.
- **Thank You Notes** — mark which interview round you've sent a note for, so nothing slips.

Don't miss the second tab which contains links to our interview prep tool and articles on organizing your search, resume tips, and interview prep.

**How to open the file**

- **Excel:** open the downloaded file and start typing in row 2.
- **Google Sheets:** File → Import → Upload → select the file → "Create new spreadsheet."
